While our website is under construction please review this home page for some information regarding who we are, as well as what we do and the process we go through to get to the best solution.
Who we are:
PPT Designs has been working with real estate owners for 25 years to help develop your ideas into a reality. We work on all different types of projects from Residential including additions as well as brand new homes, Commercial, and Retail. Depending on the size of the project I partner up with other professionals to provide the services you are looking for.
The Process:
We would work together as a team collaborate our ideas until we come up with a design that all parties are happy with. Then if necessary a computer generated three dimensional images would be created to help you understand the design.
Construction Documents:
When the design is complete the drawings will then need to be completed. The completed set of drawings is needed to obtain pricing from contractors as well as to file for a permit.
Contractor Selection:
I am available to help you select a contractor. I would sit with you room by room to determine what the level of finish you would like is. Put together a spread sheet that will assist the contractor with pricing. After pricing is completed I can then help review and evaluate their pricing. After we narrow the contractor selection down to a couple I can then call the contractor references and possibly schedule a site visit to view some of there work.
Construction Administration:
During construction I would be available to answer any questions the contractor may have. Also scheduled walk through with home owner & possibly the contractor.
